From time to time, CREATE will identify a particular issue related to children and young people in care or the care system itself and will undertake research to investigate further. Using the research gathered CREATE prepares a report to share with relevant stakeholders. Currently, CREATE is gathering information to report on: Leaving CARE, plans for every young person to begin independent living.
