| If you are entering care for the first time, CREATE will deck you out with a backpack full of the essential stuff you need like info on CREATE and the care system. The pack also has things like toothbrushes, a journal, pens and other things you need to get you started in care. To get a kit you need to join clubCREATE and let us know that you are entering care for the first time. Contact your local CREATE office for more information. |

| Be. Heard is an awesome project where you get to share what you what you think about the care system, what you think is good and what you think needs to be changed. CREATE conducts face to face interviews or provides online surveys so you can voice your opinion. Everything that you say is told to the department in your state and allows your voice to be heard. - Available in Queensland & Tasmania

| Want to swing from tree to tree? Show me the... (ropes, circus, mountain) is an adventure day which includes activities like ropes courses, circus training, horse riding or climbing mountains. It is for young people aged 14-18 and an adult in their life (e.g. foster carer, worker, sibling or significant person). - Availability dependant on available funds

| The Youth Advisory Council is a program that brings young people together to discuss care issues and explore solutions. Youth Advisory groups in each state and territory provide feedback which activates change for the better. | Mission: be is a personal discovery program run over a three month period. It is a self development and leadership program for young people in care aged 14-18 years. The program involves workshops, camps and adventure activities. - Available in Victoria and SA

| | Young Consultants |
| Young Consultants are young people aged 14 and over, who work with CREATE to share what it is like for children and young people in care with others. Young Consultants go to conferences, consultations, forums and events to represent CREATE. To become a young consultant you need to take complete Young Consultants Training. Young Consultants also get a few perks. They can participate in connection activities like trips to the movies and professional development courses. Professional development courses include things like Senior First Aid, interview skills, budgeting and building a resumes and Young Consultants access them for free. - Available in all States and Territories

| This is an opportunity for Young Consultants to affect positive change within the care sector. | CREATE Your Future is an amazing life skills program based in a corporate workplace. Young people get the opportunity to receive one-to-one mentoring in a work environment and also receive extensive life skills training. This program currently runs over a twelve-week period and is open to young people aged 15 to 25 years |
